Parity Trust and the Council for Social Responsibility within the Diocese of Portsmouth have established a joint venture; this will be a high profile, sustainable business jointly-owned by the two main partners.

The Joint Venture Social Enterprise Limited is the Solents social innovation company: it combines ideas, capital, social networks, property assets and enterprise to unlock enhanced civil value and impact with a focus especially on educational inclusion, asset reinvention and public sector reform and mutualisation.
