As well as offering loans for enterprise and to develop community buildings, Parity Trust also provide various forms of home finance.

We provide loans which enables people to repair and adapt their properties - see our Home Trust Loan page for more information. The Home Trust Loan scheme has been running since 2006 and since it's inception, we have lent over £1.8million to homeowners who have had works such as boiler replacements, new windows and bathroom adaptations carried out. Parity Trust currently work with 16 local authorities to deliver the scheme.

We are also currently working in partnership with Chichester District Council to offer a mortgage product for Chichester residents. The scheme offers those with local connections to Chichester, a shared equity loan which will enable them to purchase a property.
