Parity Trust has designed the Home Trust Loan for home owners who require financial assistance in order to carry out essential works to their properties.

If you are finding it difficult to access finance for household repairs, improvements or adaptations, we may be able to help you with a secured loan.

Parity Trust work in partnership with 16 local authorities across Hampshire, Surrey and Sussex. Loans can be used for various reasons including:

• • double glazing
  • roof repairs
  • bathroom adaptations (to convert to a wet-room)
  • purchase of a new boiler or radiators
  • empty property loans - to enable the repair, adaptation or conversion of a property to make it safe and secure for occupation.

    

We have a number of borrowing options available and will work with you to decide on the best option available to you. You can be assured of a fixed, low rate of interest for the full term of the loan and the option to make overpayments or settle the loan in full without penalty (please note that this option is available to household residents but not to landlords).
